Sheena is an Analyst based in Canalys’ Singapore office. She leads the Channels Analysis program for the APAC region, focusing on IT channel ecosystems and technology industry trends.
Prior to joining Canalys, Sheena led product marketing at a telecommunications company, where she focused mainly on go-to-market strategies and upselling the company’s connectivity, cybersecurity and IoT consumer products. Sheena also spent some time in Deloitte Southeast Asia’s Intellectual Asset Management team, where she conducted technology analysis and studied emerging innovation trends and practices. She also supported clients by preparing investment decks and seeking out potential investors.
Sheena has a keen interest in technology and innovation. To further hone her interests and skills in these areas, she is currently pursuing a Master of IP and Innovation Management at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. Sheena also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Biological Chemistry from Nanyang Technological University. She is fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin and Malay.
